The Viedufoot Winter Training Program is a high-intensity, 8-week development experience designed to elevate players' technical ability, speed, strength, and soccer IQ during the off season.
Running from December 8 to January 27, this program bridges the gap between fall and spring seasons while preparing player for club, academy, and high school competition.
Players will follow a structured progression focusing on:
- First touch & ball. control
- Scanning and speed of play
- Speed, agility, and balance
