VIE DU FOOT POLICIES

1. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • All payments must be completed before participation.

  • Monthly memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future payments, and the current month stays active until it ends.

  • Payments are non-refundable once a program or billing period has started.

  • Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

  • If weather or other unforeseen circumstances force us to cancel, we will reschedule the session at our discretion.

  • Camps and seasonal programs are registered and paid separately from memberships.

 

2. Participation Waiver (summary)

By registering for any VIE DU FOOT program, the parent/guardian (or adult participant):

  • Acknowledges that soccer training involves physical activity and inherent risk, including injury, and voluntarily assumes those risks.

  • Releases VIE DU FOOT LLC, its owner, coaches, and staff from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages during training sessions, games, camps, or events.

  • Authorizes VIE DU FOOT LLC to seek emergency medical treatment and accepts responsibility for any medical expenses.

  • Confirms the participant is physically fit to participate and that any medical conditions have been disclosed.

  • Agrees the participant will follow instructions and show respect to coaches and players. VIE DU FOOT LLC may remove a participant for misconduct without refund.

  • Grants permission to use photos and videos for promotional purposes. (To opt out, email info@viedufoot.com.)

  • Understands VIE DU FOOT LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

The full waiver is accepted at checkout when you register.

 

3. Player Safety

  • The safety and well-being of every player comes first.

  • Parents and guardians are welcome to observe sessions.

  •  Our coaches complete background checks, SafeSport training and first-aid certification.
